Return period
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, it will return the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@brightbeautyvanity.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return.

My order contains a defective item
I have not received my order completely

Excluded from return
BrightBeautyVanity.com reserves the right to refuse items that have been broken or damaged or to refund only part of the invoice amount.

Warranty period
All products of the house brand of BrightBeautyVanity.com have a warranty period of two years as standard. You are entitled to repair or replacement of the defective product.

Are you not satisfied with the offered solution?
It can always happen that something does not go as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@brightbeautyvanity.com.
