Shipping, returns & damages

Shipping

Shipping is free of charge on all orders over 50. We ship to most countries within the EU (European Union). Want to order from an country outside the EU? Please send a message to info@brightbeautyvanity.com and we'll gladly go over the possibilities with you.

Orders are usually shipped the same workday when ordered (orders that are placed before 17.00 on weekdays). The product page always contains an indication of the delivery time. There may be rare instances where shipping takes longer due to factors beyond our influence.

We use a combination of couriers, which includes but is not limited to DPD, PostNL, DHL, GLS, XXL pakket and TNT-FEDEX.

Delivery times

In the Netherlands and Belgium, the delivery generally takes place the next workday. Other European countries have an average delivery time of 3-5 working days. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the moment of delivery. Below you will find an indication by country:

Returns

You have 14 days to return your item(s) to us after delivery. You can start the return process in our return portal. To start a return, click on the link:

The return of all our mirrors and acrylic organizers are free of charge (except the Anastasia XL mirror).

Some of our items have return costs due to their size and weight bringing on extra handling of your packaging:

The return costs of our Vanity Stations and dressing tables are €99 euros.

The return costs of our Anastasia XL mirror is €49 euros.

The return costs of our seating items, shelfs and cabinets is €14. 

These costs are credited from the purchase amount to be refunded.

Damages

We've spent over five years perfecting our packaging to ensure that your order arrives safe. We're happy to report that over 95% of our packages arrive in perfect condition. However, a mirror or dressing table is still a fragile product and can be damaged upon delivery due to careless handling of your package. If an item gets damaged during delivery we'll send you a replacement.

Please fill in our damage form and our customer service will get back to you in 1-3 business days. Keep an eye on your (spam) inbox as you will be notified per e-mail once our customer service responds to your request.
