DELIVERY
We've spent over five years perfecting our packaging to ensure that your order arrives safe. We're happy to report that over 95% of our packages arrive in perfect condition. However, a mirror or dressing table is still a fragile product and can be damaged upon delivery due to careless handling of your package. If an item gets damaged during delivery we'll send you a replacement.
Please fill in our damage form and our customer service will get back to you in 1-3 business days. Keep an eye on your (spam) inbox as you will be notified per e-mail once our customer service responds to your request.
VISIT DAMAGE FORM
Please note that it is important to file a report with us within two weeks of receiving your mirror.
If you choose to call us or send a message regarding receiving a damaged item we will request you to fill in our damage form. Filing multiple reports may results in a delay in the handling of a report.
If you don't prefer to wait for replacement parts when a product arrives damaged, we suggest you refrain from ordering. We do not give discounts on damaged products, we only replace them completely.

We ship to countries outside the EU (like England or Switserland) with surcharge. Please send us a message at info@brightbeautyvanity.com regarding your request.
We use a combination of couriers, which includes but is not limited to DPD, PostNL, DHL, GLS, XXL pakket and TNT-FEDEX. You can find the estimated delivery time in working days for each country below.
For large or extra fragile shipments we might use a pallet freight delivery services, which usually take five to eight working days to deliver depending on your location.

Shipping within the EU (European Union) is always free of charge on orders over €50.
No, our products are delivered to the entrance of your home (door to door). Since our vanity tables are assembled for at least 80% there are usually 3-4 packages. Our mirrors always come in one package.
Please note that the item is deliverd by the courier/freight company's driver and they DON'T offer services such as bringing the item into the property for customers, removal and disposal of packaging, assembly of furniture/items or delivery upstairs.
Our mirrors are for 90% assembled. All you have to do is twist the lamps into the sockets and screw the foot on the mirror (if you don't want to mount the mirror onto your wall).
Our tables are for 80% assembled for your convenience. This means that assembly will be minimal. You only need to attach the assembled parts together. We always advice to do the remaining assembling with two people to ensure safety since our tables are made of wood so they can be quite heavy.
RETURNS
Yes. The return of most of our items is free of charge.
The return costs of our Vanity Stations and dressing tables are €99 due to size and weight bringing on extra handling of your packages.
The return costs of our Anastasia XL is €49 due to size and weight bringing on extra handling of your package.
You have 14 days to return your order. The item has to be returned in it's original packaging. You can submit a return request via our return form:

Please note: The customer is always responsible for returning the packages to the package point. We do not offer a pick-up service.
Tip: You can easily open the packaging by gradually cutting the tape on the boxes. Then place the box on its longest side and carefully pull/push the part/product out of the box. This way the packaging remains intact and it remains possible to
return your order safely.

We take 14 days to process your return after we received it in our warehouse. If a (partial) refund is applicable to your order, we take 14 to process the (partial) refund. We always refund the amount back to the initial payment method used.
Pre-ordering means that an item is not in stock right now. By placing a pre order you make sure that when we get the item back in stock the item will automatically be send to you. This way you won’t miss out on a re-stock. The estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page.
Please note! If you purchase is a combination of pre-order items and items that are currently in stock, the entire order will not be shipped until the pre-order date.

CONTACT USITEMS
Keep your mirror out of damp areas such as bathrooms. When moisture enters the mirror, it can show defects or even stop working. Sometimes areas where you don't expect can also be damp (bedrooms, for example) due to external factors such as poor ventilation. Keep this in mind when choosing a space for your mirror.
It is important to clean the touch button from time to time because dust and grease can easily accumulate on the button with daily use. This is mainly due to your finger when turning the mirror on and off and make-up residue. When this happens your mirror begins to dim itself and sometimes even completely turns off every time you turn your mirror on. To clean your touch button, use a cotton pad and cleaning alcohol. Carefully put a little (!) cleaning alcohol on your cotton pad and lightly run over the touch button.
It is best to clean your mirror with a microfibre soft cloth and avoid harsh cleaning agents. Of course, you should keep water away from your mirror at all times. Only lightly damp your microfibre soft cloth.
It is best to clean your organizer with a microfibre soft cloth and avoid harsh cleaning agents. We recommend to use warm mild soapy water. The harsh cleaning agents can make the acrylic become dull.
